An initial consultation by email or phone is free.

We charge £150 for an initial two hour session. Human beings have the capacity for quick, easy and effecive change in a short timescale. After a full consultation at your initial apppointment, your hypnotherapist will advise if further sessions are necessary.

We aim to resolve issues and help you to change completely, in as few sessions as possible.  Phobias and Stop Smoking can usually be addressed in one session.  For everything else, one session can affect major change and further appointments, where necessary, can consolidate this change and be fully resolved within 2-3 sessions, making hypnotherapy a very cost effective form of therapy. 

Where further appointments are necessary, they are charged at £75 per hour.
